Sister's Workshop
|
| In Martha's 11 years of group therapy experience
she has found that sisters are ofter the analyzed relationship. Drawing
from her experiences and relationships to her own sisters she helps
participants explore the time and desire necessary to find growth
and resolution in sister relationships. |

Power Tools
|
| All of us can do basic home repairs and carpentry
if we have the right tools for the job. This first session will focus
on the drill and drilling into and attaching into walls. Bring your
own drill if you have one. Limited to 5 people. |

A Gathering of Daughters
|
| Using experiential exercises, discussions, photographs,
and biographical "portraits," this workshop will assist
participants in re-assessing their mothers' lives and their mothers'
influence on them in the light of the new possibilities for women
in this ever changing social order. |

Dealing with Sex at Mid-Life
|
| To explore issues of sex as a woman ages such as
- how to enhance our sexuality; how to live with periods of celibacy;
dealing with men who have sexual dysfunction; resources related to
the area of sexuality and other issues. Activities: Discussion and
Fantasy. |

Medical Claims: How to do it and make it
work
|
| Learn to swim through the Medical/Medicare Forms
mess: Nena will share her system of managing the paperwork, give you
information and an easy tracking system for getting money back. |

|
Living Will and Health Care Proxy
|
| This workshop focuses on creating a living will
and the appointment of a healthcare proxy (a person to make medical
decisions for you if you were unable to do so for yourself). The workshop
will include a discussion of the law and of our concerns around end
of life decisions. You will have the opportunity to complete your
living will and to appoint a health care agent. |
